Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched or handed to the carrier, it may need to be handled under our Return, Refund and Warranty Policy.

For large items such as electric bikes, delivery may require a suitable large-item carrier or pallet delivery network.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure that the delivery address is accessible for large-item delivery where applicable.

If delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect address, was unavailable, refused delivery without a valid reason, or failed to respond to courier contact, additional redelivery, return or handling costs may apply.

If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
