Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be retained
• All accessories must be included

Returns will not be accepted if:
• The product has been used or damaged
• Missing packaging or components
• Mileage exceeds reasonable testing use

For non-quality related returns:
• Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
• A restocking fee may apply

If your item arrives damaged:
• Report within 48 hours with photos
• We will arrange replacement or support

RETURN PROCESS
Before returning any item, customers must provide:
• Original tracking number
• SKU and quantity
• Packaging condition (opened/unopened)
• Reason for return
Returns must be pre-approved.
For the orders that meet the above requirements, we will process your refund within 3 working days. The order payment will be deducted of the relevant fees, and is expected to be returned to your payment account within 7 working days.
