We ship across the United Kingdom using specialised large-item logistics provider
SHIPPING METHODS
Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, we use:
• XDP delivery network
• Pallet distribution services
(No express/standard classification applies)
HANDING TIMES
We will process your order in 3 business days after you finish the payment.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
• Zone A–C: 2–3 working days
• Other regions: 3–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on logistics conditions.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
• Product size and weight
• Delivery region
(Final pricing is updated daily and confirmed at checkout)
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
ADDRESS CHANGES
• Address changes are allowed before dispatch
• Changes after dispatch may incur additional fees
FAILED DELIVERY / NON-RECEIPT
If a parcel is marked as delivered but not received:
• Customers must report within 3 working days
• After this period, responsibility transfers to the carrier
SELF COLLECTION
Self pick-up is available by appointment only.
Applicable charges include:

• Collection fee
