Free delivery is available to eligible UK mainland postcodes. Additional charges apply to certain regions and are shown at checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit times vary by destination.

Eligible online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items may be reasonably inspected but should be returned in good condition with all included parts.

Safety Check

Before riding, please complete a basic safety check.

Brakes

1. Ensure front and rear brakes work properly.

2. Ensure brake pads are not overly worn and are correctly positioned.

3. Ensure brake cables or brake hoses are properly secured and show no obvious damage.

4. Ensure brake levers are firmly secured to the handlebars.

Wheels and Tyres

1. Ensure tyres are inflated within the recommended pressure shown on the tyre sidewalls.

2. Ensure tyres have tread and show no bulges, cuts or excessive wear.

3. Ensure wheels run true and show no obvious wobble or damage.

4. Ensure all wheel spokes are tight and not broken.

Steering

1. Ensure the handlebar and stem are correctly adjusted and tightened.

2. Ensure the handlebar is aligned correctly with the front wheel and direction of travel.

Chain

1. Ensure the chain is clean, lubricated and runs smoothly.

2. Extra care is required in wet, dusty or muddy conditions.

Cranks and Pedals

1. Ensure pedals are securely tightened to the cranks.

2. Ensure the cranks are securely tightened and are not bent or damaged.

Derailleur and Gear System

1. Check that the derailleur is adjusted and functioning properly.

2. Ensure the shifter and brake levers are securely attached to the handlebar.

3. Ensure all brake and shift cables are properly secured and show no obvious wear.

Motor Drive Assembly

1. Ensure the hub motor runs smoothly and shows no abnormal noise.

2. Ensure all power cables connected to the hub motor are secured and undamaged.

3. Make sure the hub motor axle bolts are secured and all torque arms or torque washers are correctly in place where applicable.

Battery Pack

1. Ensure the battery is charged before use.

2. Ensure there is no visible damage to the battery pack.

3. Lock the battery securely to the frame and check that it is properly fixed before riding.

4. Only use the supplied or approved charger.

5. Do not charge the battery near flammable materials or leave it unattended for long periods.
