Our warranty and repair policy is designed to be clear, fair and easy to understand.

Warranty Coverage

Electric Bikes

IMREN electric bikes sold by Pure Pedal come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

What’s covered:

  • Frame defects caused by manufacturing issues

  • Motor and controller faults under normal use

  • Electrical components that fail due to workmanship issues

Warranty period:

  • Frame: up to 12 months

  • Motor & electrical system: up to 12 months


Batteries

IMREN lithium batteries are covered by a limited battery warranty.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Abnormal performance loss under normal use

  • Faults not caused by misuse or external damage

Warranty period:

  • Batteries: up to 6–12 months, depending on the model

Battery performance naturally decreases over time. Gradual capacity loss is considered normal and is not classified as a defect.


What Is Not Covered

To keep things transparent, the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by accidents, water immersion, or improper storage

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

  • Incorrect charging, use of non-approved chargers, or misuse

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance


Repairs & Support

If your product develops a fault outside the warranty period, we’re still happy to help.

We can:

  • Diagnose common issues

  • Recommend repair solutions

  • Supply replacement parts where available

  • Advise whether professional servicing is required

Repair costs and shipping fees may apply depending on the issue.


How to Make a Warranty Claim
