At Pure Pedal, we ship IMREN electric bikes and batteries to customers across the United Kingdom. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from within the UK whenever possible.
UK Delivery

Delivery area: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)

Dispatch time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days

Accessories & batteries: 2–4 working days

Electric bikes: 3–7 working days, depending on location

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.
Battery Shipping (Important)
Lithium batteries are classified as regulated goods and must be shipped in accordance with UK transport safety regulations.

All IMREN batteries are packed securely and shipped using approved couriers

Battery orders may arrive separately from other items

We are unable to offer expedited or next-day delivery for standalone batteries
This ensures safe handling and compliance with UK shipping requirements.
Electric Bike Delivery
Electric bikes are shipped partially assembled to ensure safe transport.

Bikes arrive boxed with protective packaging

Minor assembly may be required (such as fitting pedals or adjusting handlebars)

Assembly instructions are provided where applicable

Returns & Refunds

Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The item is unused and in its original condition

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

All original packaging and accessories are included

Used electric bikes or batteries cannot be returned for safety reasons

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected

Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear after approval
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault:
