Shipping Information

At Pure Pedal, we ship IMREN electric bikes and batteries to customers across the United Kingdom. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from within the UK whenever possible.

UK Delivery

  • Delivery area: United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)

  • Dispatch time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days

  • Delivery time:

    • Accessories & batteries: 2–4 working days

    • Electric bikes: 3–7 working days, depending on location

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to courier delays outside our control.


Battery Shipping (Important)

Lithium batteries are classified as regulated goods and must be shipped in accordance with UK transport safety regulations.

  • All IMREN batteries are packed securely and shipped using approved couriers

  • Battery orders may arrive separately from other items

  • We are unable to offer expedited or next-day delivery for standalone batteries

This ensures safe handling and compliance with UK shipping requirements.


Electric Bike Delivery

Electric bikes are shipped partially assembled to ensure safe transport.

  • Bikes arrive boxed with protective packaging

  • Minor assembly may be required (such as fitting pedals or adjusting handlebars)

  • Assembly instructions are provided where applicable

If you have any questions before or after delivery, our support team is happy to help.


Delivery Costs

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout

  • Any free shipping promotions will be displayed on the product page or checkout

There are no hidden fees or customs charges for UK deliveries.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Pure Pedal. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • All original packaging and accessories are included

Please note:

  • Used electric bikes or batteries cannot be returned for safety reasons

  • Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Contact us as soon as possible

  • Provide photos or a short description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with UK consumer rights.
